Lets say I used Malign intervention (drops healing power on target 20%) and lingering curse (makes healing only 1/2 affective) together on the same target. Would they stack, or would lingering curse just work over Malign intervention? I had the same question for defile flesh.

Healing debuffs stack to a max of 50% I think, or it could be 66%.. but I'm sure it's 50% and that it hits Divine Favor bonuses also.

They stack up to a limit? Up to this point I was convinced it was a percentage of a percentage, like.... defile flesh is only 66% effectiveness, and then you factor in Lingering Curse and it's 66%/2=33% effectiveness?

In that case, do they stack additionally? Like 33% defile, 20% malign, 53% total, but capped at 50%?

I'm going to have to test them specifically, but there is a max stack limit which makes me think they are added and not multiplied.

Healing debuffs dont stack, they 1/2 the healing rate of others.
Health degen do, you can stack different degen spells to a max of -10 degen, likewise different healing spells can stack to a max of +10.
